1.水豆腐少油煎至两面金黄。

2.煎成这样就好。

3.一块腐乳、1勺蚝油、1勺生抽加水搅拌均匀。

4.把调好的酱汁倒入锅中,用锅铲把豆腐切成小块,烧至汁浓稠。
